Actions

These 30-minute breath workshops are programmed to be short, simple and approachable.
There are personalized workshops as well based on your needs, such as, developing nerve strength or strengthening heart muscle or flexing your spine.
With just 30 minutes every week your employees will be taking active steps to feeling happier, healthier, and more productive. These workshops will show simple, interactive and approachable techniques to alleviate stress, promote a sense of calm, and increase productivity, and higher mental concentration, better self esteem, more energy, and more patience too.
One session per week up to 12-15 participants for 8 weeks.

About

My lifestyle, my inner-being and my spirituality has evolved and been inspired by Kundalini Yoga, an ancient method known as the "yoga of awareness". As an executive in the finance industry for the past 20 years, I needed to find a way to manage my stress and stay energized during stressful work times. This yoga of awareness practice is ideal for those with busy lifestyles because you can experience an immediate and direct effect on your well-being in the shortest amount of time.

We are living in a current environment where people are having a hard time coping with issues related to society and culture. There seems to be a lot of work-related stress, balance issues, and communication problems that people are facing. Through my 15+ years of Kundalini practice I learned the tools needed to help provide others with simple solutions on how they can better manage their stress and feel good.
